How to register?
For mobile browser
- Visit www.sona9.com and select “Register”
- Fill in the form and make sure all the information provided is correct
- After filling up the form, select “Join Now” and you are now registered!
For web browser
- Visit www.sona9.com and click on “Register”
- Fill in the form and make sure all the information provided is correct
- After filling up the form, click “Join Now” and you are now registered!

How to deposit?
- Click on “Deposit” on left side below the menu bar
- Select your preferred “Deposit Type”, 3rd Party Gateway or PayTM
For 3rd Party Gateway
- Select “Payment Type”
- Key in “Amount” you would like to deposit
- Select payment gateway “Pay Connect” or “Hero Pay”
- Click on “Proceed”
- Transfer to the UPI ID shown
- After completing funds transfer, fill in the reference number and “Submit”
PayTM
- Key in “Amount” you would like to deposit
- Key in “Depositor Name”, “Contact Number” and “Email Address”
- Select payment gate “Pay Connect” or “Hero Pay”
- Click on “Proceed”
If you receive error notification “Invalid Transaction ID” after submitting, please contact our Customer Service to assist you.
How to make a withdrawal?
To make a withdrawal, click on “Withdraw” on the left side below the menu bar
- Transfer all available balance to your main wallet
- Key in “Withdrawal Amount” that you would like to withdraw
- Click on “Withdrawal” and your withdrawal will be submitted to us for processing and approval.
Withdrawal period
All withdrawals are guaranteed at SONA9. Withdrawals will usually be completed within 20 minutes.
How do I apply for a promotion?
Certain promotions will require you to make a deposit first before you are able to apply for it.
Certain promotions may also be approved manually by our customer service, therefore there may be a slight wait before approval.
- Go to “Promotions” page and select the promotion that you would like to apply for and select “Apply Now”
- If you have fulfilled all conditions and is eligble to apply for the promotion, your request will be sent and will be approved.
